Celeste Black is an Associate Professor at the University of Sydney's Law School. She holds a BA from Harvard, JD from Penn, LLM (Hons) from Sydney, and a PhD from Macquarie. Her research focuses on tax law intersections with climate policy, gig economy taxation, international tax administration, and carbon trading implications. She is a member of The Net Zero Institute and affiliated with the International Fiscal Association.
