Celal Şahin ERMUTLU is a Professor at Kafkas University's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Veterinary Surgery. He has held academic positions since 2009, progressing from Research Assistant to his current Professorship (2024-present). His extensive academic career includes numerous administrative roles including Faculty Board membership and committee leadership positions within the university.
