Cecilia Rossignoli is a Full Professor of Organization Science at the University of Verona, affiliated with the Department of Management and School of Economics and Management. Since 2012, she has led the Executive Master in ICT Management at CUOA and previously directed the Master’s program at the University of Verona. Her research focuses on digital transformation, organizational change, and strategic roles of ICT in healthcare, SMEs, and sustainable business models. She coordinates international research groups on topics like smart cities, healthcare innovation, and digital work dynamics.
Teaching responsibilities include courses on organizational design, digital transformation, and management strategies across bachelor’s and master’s programs. Key projects involve digital sustainability for Venetian SMEs, blockchain applications, and smart working models. She serves on editorial boards for journals like Information Systems Management and chairs several academic committees.
Her research interests span e-business impact, healthcare system reengineering, and new organizational forms enabled by digital technologies. Ongoing projects examine digital transformation’s role in resilience and sustainability, leveraging interdisciplinary approaches in management and information systems.
