Cecilia Enberg is an Associate Professor at Linköping University's Department of Behavioural Sciences and Learning, affiliated with the Division of Education and Sociology. Her research focuses on climate governance, particularly the roles of companies, authorities, and policymakers in climate transformation, alongside pedagogical strategies for sustainability education. She teaches in Human Resources programs and contributes to education development initiatives.

Her work explores how companies navigate climate policies and their own initiatives, analyzing drivers and interdependencies between actors in polycentric governance systems. Recent studies address firms' skepticism toward policy effectiveness and strategies for green recovery in industries like construction. She also investigates knowledge integration in project-based organizations and conflict management in interdisciplinary teams.
Enberg participates in research groups like GROWL (Greening of Working Life) and the Centre for Climate Science and Policy Research (CSPR), which focus on climate policy and societal transitions.
