Cecile Jones

Cecile Jones is a Senior Lecturer in Dietetics at Teesside University, leading the newly accredited BSc Dietetics (Apprenticeship) course. She previously served as a Teaching Fellow in Dietetics at the University of Surrey (2012–2021), focusing on interdisciplinary learning and curriculum development. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Surrey (2008) and an MSc in Public Health from Teesside University (2022).

As Course Leader for the Dietetics Apprenticeship program, she oversees practice-based learning and academic integrity initiatives. Her collaborations span clinical and academic institutions, aiming to improve holistic patient care through innovative training.
