Catherine Taillefer

Catherine Taillefer is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the University of Montreal, affiliated with CHU Sainte-Justine. Her clinical expertise spans high-risk pregnancies, obstetric hematology, and palliative care in obstetrics.

Clinically, she leads the Obstetric Hemostasis Clinic, participates in the CHU Sainte-Justine Clinical Ethics Unit, and serves on committees such as CHUSJ Transfusion Medicine and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada's Fetal-Maternal Medicine Committee.
