Catherine Sapp serves as an Assistant Professor of Kinesiology at McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland.
Her academic credentials include:
- Ph.D. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland (2024)
- M.S. in Kinesiology from East Carolina University (2019)
- B.S. in Applied Health Science from Messiah University (2017)
Her research centers on aging physiology and exercise science, specifically investigating muscle function adaptations to training interventions in older populations. This work bridges biomechanics and gerontology to develop evidence-based exercise protocols for healthy aging.
