Catherine Mezzacappa is an Instructor in the Division of Digestive Diseases at the Yale School of Medicine. Her research focuses on integrating genetic and lived risk factors for hepatocellular carcinoma to enhance medical decision-making for liver cancer screening and treatment. She holds an MD from the University of Pennsylvania (2018) and an MPH in Epidemiology from Boston University (2011), where she received the Dr. Theodore Colton Prize for Excellence in Epidemiology.
