Catherine Douillard is a Professor in the Mathematical and Electrical Engineering Department at IMT Atlantique. She holds engineering and PhD degrees from École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne and the University of Western Brittany, respectively, and obtained her accreditation to supervise research in 2004. Her teaching focuses on digital electronics, VLSI circuit design, and error-correcting codes.

- Research: Specializes in forward error correction codes, iterative decoding, turbo processing, and non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) for 5G/6G systems.
