Catherine Casey

Catherine Casey is a Professor of Organization and Society, specializing in economic sociology and organizational studies. She joined her current institution in 2017 after holding academic positions at the University of Leicester, University of Auckland, and University of Rochester. Her expertise spans organizational analysis, multinational corporations, labor markets, and corporate governance. She has held visiting roles at institutions including the European University Institute and Trinity College Dublin. Catherine serves on editorial boards such as Organization Studies and holds leadership roles in professional associations like the International Sociological Association. Her research focuses on democracy, climate change response, and the intersection of economy, work, and education.
