Catherine Carr serves as Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School while working as an Access to Justice Consultant. With over twenty years of leadership at Community Legal Services, Inc. (CLS), she directs national initiatives for civil legal aid to indigent populations.
