Catherine Arcabascio is a Professor of Law at the Shepard Broad College of Law, Nova Southeastern University, where she has taught since 1993. Her courses include Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Advanced Criminal Procedure, and Post-Conviction Litigation. She served as Associate Dean for International Programs (2009–2017) and Director of the International Consortium for Global Legal Education (2015–2017).

Her research spans Criminal Law, Scientific Evidence, Clinical Legal Education, and Transnational Law. She co-founded the Florida Innocence Project, leading to two exonerations, and has authored books and articles on comparative legal systems.
Recent collaborative work explores Freedom of Assembly in U.S.-Italy contexts and EU Mobility of Lawyers compared to U.S. bar exams. She has presented internationally, including in Rome, Italy (2013).
