Cath Holmstrom is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Director in the Department of Social Work at Keele University’s School of Medicine. She also serves as Head of Social Work. Her career spans academia and professional practice, with notable roles at Sussex, Middlesex, and Brighton Universities. Holmstrom specializes in social work education, professional ethics, and student transitions, having received prestigious awards such as the National Teaching Fellowship (2011) and Principal Fellowship from AdvanceHE (2024).
