Catarina Pimenta

Catarina Pimenta is a Professor at Universidade Lusófona in Lisbon and Porto, affiliated with the School of Design and Fashion Production. She holds a PhD in Fashion Design from the University of Minho and the University of Beira Interior, with a focus on 'Thermal Camouflage and Fashion Design.'

As a multidisciplinary creator, she launched the 'Catarina Pimenta' brand in 2021, combining clothing design, painting, and textile innovation. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Modaris (Lectra), and thermal camera software, she applies technology to conceptual and functional fashion.
