Casey DuBose

Casey DuBose serves as an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law, specializing in aviation law and legal education. He combines legal expertise with over 1,000 hours of flight experience as an FAA Certified Flight Instructor. His professional affiliations include senior membership in the Civil Air Patrol, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association panel attorney status, and involvement with the King County Bar Association’s Aviation Section and ABA Air and Space Law Forum.

• Education: BA from Brigham Young University (2009), JD from Seattle University School of Law (2012)

His research interests focus on aviation law complexities, including aviator defense strategies, product liability in aviation accidents, and wrongful death litigation. He regularly delivers educational presentations on aviation law to pilots, legal professionals, and insurers, and teaches the university’s Aviation and Space Law Course.
