Dr. Leblanc's research focuses on Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Diversity in Organizations, with emphasis on student-oriented organizational citizenship behavior in academic settings. His 2010 Honors Program Fellowship Grant project examined how organizational citizenship behaviors manifest among students in higher education environments.
