Carrie Rogers is a full Professor at Western Carolina University (WCU), affiliated with the School of Teaching and Learning within the College of Education and Allied Professions. She holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, an MA from the University of Saint Thomas, and a BA from the College of St. Catherine. Her research focuses on teacher leadership, action research in teacher education, and the historical contexts of schooling, particularly in local communities.
Rogers has taught at WCU since 2010, offering courses in Elementary and Middle Grades Education at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
