Carrie Baker

Carrie Baker is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Campbell University's College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. She maintains a clinical practice at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, specializing in adult internal medicine and anticoagulation stewardship. Dr. Baker precepts rotations in Internal Medicine I & II, Advanced Hospital APPE, and residency programs.
