Carolyn Kiser

Carolyn Kiser serves as an Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Technical Communication and Information Design (TCID) within the College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS), where she has taught exclusively online since joining in 2016.

Her academic foundation includes:

• BA in Philosophy with minor in English from East Carolina University (ECU)
• MA in Technical and Professional Communications from ECU

Professor Kiser specializes in technical writing pedagogy and online education design, leveraging 20+ years of industry expertise in digital marketing, software/hardware documentation, and search engine optimization.
