Dr. Caroline Wronski is a Researcher at the Department of Social and Educational Sciences, University of Applied Sciences Potsdam. She serves as an Academic Assistant in the Degree Programme Early Childhood Studies (M.A.) and is a member of the Faculty Council. Her work focuses on advancing dialogical interaction and participation in early childhood education.
- Selected projects: EDIT (dialogical interaction and participation in early childhood education), PINA (interdisciplinary research network on early childhood education and development), and EQUIP (quality development in pedagogical settings).
Her research interests span early childhood education, educational practice, quality assurance in pedagogy, and interdisciplinary approaches to childhood development. She emphasizes collaborative practice research between academia and educational institutions.
