Caroline Rider

Caroline Rider is an Associate Professor at Marist University's School of Management. Her work focuses on small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their international strategies.

Her research explores international strategic alliances, industrial clusters of SMEs, and sustainability practices within organizations. She also investigates global business environments and the legal foundations of international trade.

Caroline's publications span topics like knowledge management for sustainability, IFRS compliance in SMEs, and strategic alliances in global business. Her work has been presented in conferences across Washington, Norway, Ireland, Canada, Sweden, and Scotland.
