Caroline R. Bennett is the Chair of the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Engineering at the University of Kansas. She holds the Charles E. & Mary Jane Spahr Professorship and is a Glenn L. Parker Faculty Fellow, with a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Kansas.
