Dr. Caroline McGarry is a Lecturer in the Department of Education at SETU (South-East Technological University), Waterford. She teaches across diverse programs including the BA in Adult Further Education, Postgraduate Diploma in Further Education, and Masters in Education. Her research focuses on digital literacy, educational disadvantage, language development, inclusion, and curriculum development. She holds a PhD and Masters in Education from Mary Immaculate College, Limerick. Notably, she organized the Pracademics in Education Research Colloquium (2024) and contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to education equity and quality.
