Dr. Caroline M. Kobia is an Associate Professor at the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Mississippi State University, specializing in global education, sustainable fashion, women's empowerment, and service-learning pedagogy.

- Ph.D., M.S. in Textiles, Apparel Design and Merchandising, Louisiana State University
- B.Ed. in Home Economics and Technology, Moi University
Research Interests: Focus on enhancing global competence through experiential learning, empowering women via sustainable textile innovations, and advancing collaborative consumption models in fashion. Recent work explores wearable photovoltaic cells and their durability in real-world conditions.
