Caroline Lequesne (HDR)

Caroline Lequesne (HDR) is a Lecturer in Public Law at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, University of Côte d'Azur. She conducts research within the Law, Economics, Management (GREDEG) group and co-manages the EDEN team under the PNCR (Norms, Competition, and Regulation) division. Her work focuses on algorithmic law, data governance, and digital welfare state policies.

Caroline Lequesne also participated in analyzing surveillance technology experiments during the 2024 Olympic Games.

As co-manager of the EDEN team in the PNCR division, she contributes to interdisciplinary research on economic law and digital regulation frameworks.
