Caroline Lequesne (HDR) is a Lecturer in Public Law at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, University of Côte d'Azur. She conducts research within the Law, Economics, Management (GREDEG) group and co-manages the EDEN team under the PNCR (Norms, Competition, and Regulation) division. Her work focuses on algorithmic law, data governance, and digital welfare state policies.
