Caroline Hood

Caroline Hood is an Assistant Professor in the School of Law at Northumbria University, serving since 2007. She is a qualified solicitor with training from Thompsons Solicitors in Newcastle. Her primary role involves tutoring students in the Student Law Office and teaching work-based learning modules for solicitor apprentices. She is pursuing a professional doctorate and focuses on legal apprenticeships, social mobility, and widening participation in education.
