Caroline Grabensteiner

Caroline Grabensteiner is a researcher and academic at the University of Teacher Education Vienna (PH Wien), specializing in media education and digital pedagogy. She holds a PhD from Ruhr University Bochum and an MA in educational science from the University of Vienna. Currently, she leads the university program 'Digital Media Education in Primary Schools' alongside Birgit Döbrentey-Hawlik and manages the 'E-HYLE' development project on hybrid teaching. Her research focuses on media education practices, innovative learning environments, data literacy, and digital equity. She is a member of editorial boards for Medienimpulse and professional associations like ÖFEB and DGFE.
