Caroline Gans Combe

Caroline Gans Combe is an Associate Professor at INSEEC, part of OmnesEducation. She specializes in innovation paradigms and data science education while maintaining significant involvement with European Commission initiatives.

Her research interests focus on new paradigms of innovation and value creation, with particular expertise in data science, monitoring and impact indicators, and related ethical issues. She has developed specialized knowledge in ICT law, language modeling, and financial valuation methodologies that integrate previously ignored economic cycles.

Professor Gans Combe serves as an independent expert for the European Commission across multiple domains including health, ICT, data security, SME financing and ethics. She has chaired working groups developing ethical guidelines for data protection and privacy in research, and has been appointed to expert groups assessing the growth potential of SMEs benefiting from EU instruments.

She is an MIT-certified data scientist with academic credentials including a master's degree in ICT law and a PhD in language modeling. She is currently completing additional thesis work on new value paradigms aimed at improving financial valuation of economic agents.
