Caroline Donley is an Associate Lecturer in Nursing at the University of Worcester, working part-time within the Department of Pre-Registration Nursing in the School of Nursing and Midwifery. She is a Registered General Nurse with 25 years of experience as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, specializing in oncology, palliative care, and holistic family-centred nursing. Her career has focused on addressing health inequalities and creating sustainable learning environments for student nurses and medical trainees.

Her research interests include community-based healthcare decision-making, interdisciplinary education in primary care settings, and the role of clinical tutors in mentoring future healthcare professionals. She has been recognized for her contributions with the Queen’s Nurse title (2018), honoring her work in developing innovative learning environments for students.
Caroline currently teaches the 'Communication and Professional Values to Promote Health and Well-Being Across the Lifespan' module, emphasizing patient-centered care and population health strategies. Her teaching spans roles at Warwick University (2011–2019) and Worcester University, where she designed practical learning experiences in GP practices and community settings.
