Caroline Brassard is a Professor of Distance Learning in the Department of Education at TÉLUQ University since 2009, with nearly two decades of expertise spanning supervision, instructional design, teaching, management, and project development across university and adult education contexts. She previously served as Director of Teaching and Research (2016-2019) and Director of the Department of Education (October 2020-May 2025).
Her academic credentials include:
- Doctorate in Education (Ph.D., 1999-2006) from UQAC-UQAM with thesis: 'Sharing in university teaching supported by a virtual environment'
- Master of Education (MA, 1997-1999) from UQAC focusing on web-based collaborative learning design
