Caroline A. Kirby, M.D., M.P.H., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She provides care for children with developmental disabilities in primary care and subspecialty settings, focusing on integrating care models and implementing quality improvement methods to support families.

Her research interests include improving access to services for children with developmental needs and reducing barriers in healthcare systems. She collaborates with Monroe County’s Early Intervention program to enhance service delivery.
Recent publications highlight her work in sustainability practices in outpatient pediatrics and clinical case studies in neurodevelopmental disorders.
Dr. Kirby completed her fellowship in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical Center (2022-2024) and holds an MD from SUNY Upstate College of Health Professions (2016).
