Carole Nettleton

Carole Nettleton is a Senior Lecturer at Manchester Law School, Manchester Metropolitan University, working part-time. She is a qualified solicitor with extensive experience in family law practice, specializing in divorce/dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation breakdown, and related financial matters. Her practice has included both private and public law children work.

Her research interests focus on:

• Legal aspects of family relationship dissolution
• Financial consequences of separation
• Child custody arrangements
• Legal practice education

She recently collaborated on published work relating to divorce/dissolution and maintains an active part-time legal practice alongside her academic position.
