Carola Frydman is the Harold L. Stuart Professor of Finance at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and serves as Faculty Director of the John L. Ward Center for Family Enterprises. She is a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), focusing on corporate finance and American business history.
