Carola Bücher

Carola Bücher is a Post-Doc researcher at the Institute of Food Science, affiliated with the Department of Biotechnology and Food Science at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU). Her work focuses on dairy microbiology, particularly the role of propionic acid bacteria in raw milk and hard cheese spoilage. She actively contributes to food safety research through quantitative bacterial analysis, transmission route studies, and identification method optimization.
