Carol Suit is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physician Assistant Education at the Doisy College of Health Sciences, Saint Louis University. She holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies (University of Nebraska), Bachelor of Medical Science (Saint Louis University), Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Missouri Institute of Science and Technology), and a Certificate in Physician Assistant Professional Studies (Saint Louis University).
Her research focuses on empathy in healthcare, health promotion strategies, and lifestyle medicine. She is affiliated with professional organizations including Alpha Eta, Pi Alpha, MOAPA, AAPA, PAEA, and NCCCPA.
