Carol Rossman is an Adjunct Professor of Nursing at Andrews University’s School of Nursing, where she also serves as Director of the DNP Program. With over 25 years of nursing education experience and 20 years as a pediatric nurse practitioner, she brings expertise in pediatrics, family-centered care, and clinical simulation to her academic roles.

Dr. Rossman specializes in pediatrics, family-centered care, and the integration of simulation in clinical education. Her scholarship explores the DNP role, healthy communities, and evidence-based nursing practices.
She has received the "Excellence in Nursing Practice" award from STTI (2015) and "Excellence in Nurse Leadership" (2017), and has contributed to leadership roles within STTI chapters.
At Andrews University, Dr. Rossman teaches Fundamentals of Nursing, Organizational Leadership for Advanced Practice, Research Methods for Evidence-Based Practice, and Culture Care and Ethics for Advanced Practice. She is certified as a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Board Certified).
