Carol Mills

Carol Mills is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Administration at Penn State's College of Health and Human Development. She teaches in the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program, informed by her extensive career as a healthcare executive in diverse management roles across provider and payor environments.
