Carol J. Ratcliffe is a Professor and Chair in the Department of Healthcare Administration and Informatics at the School of Public Health, Samford University. She also holds a secondary appointment in the Moffett & Sanders School of Nursing. She earned her DNP in administration from Samford University, MSN in administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and BSN from the University of Alabama.
