Carol Bruno

Carol Bruno is an Assistant Professor at the School of Nursing at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Grand Canyon University and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University. Her work focuses on nursing education and clinical practice, with experience in BSN program implementation and curriculum development.

She has received recognition for her contributions, including the UTMB ExamSoft BSN Implementation Team Super User award (2021), Most Inspirational Faculty (2017), and an anonymous nomination to the Houston Chronicle Top 100 Houston Nurses (2012). Bruno is a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA) and Texas Nurses Association (TNA).
