Carol Batker

Carol Batker is a full-time Professor of English at the University of San Francisco (USF), where she has served in leadership roles including Vice Provost and Associate Dean. She holds a PhD in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (1993), MA in English (1989), and BA in English from Pacific Lutheran University (1983). Her research focuses on intersectional feminist approaches to African American, Native American, and Jewish American literature, modernism, and early 20th-century women's journalism.
