Carmen Nastase

Carmen Nastase serves as Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Public Administration at Ștefan cel Mare University of Suceava, Romania, where she holds the position of Full Professor specializing in economics and sustainable development. With over twenty years of academic experience, she possesses a doctoral degree and postdoctoral credentials, along with professional certifications in business management. Her professional activities include editorial leadership for The USV Annals of Economics and Public Administration and consultancy in business development and tourism sectors.

Her research focuses on economic systems, sustainable development frameworks, and tourism destination management. She has extensive experience in international project management (FP7, COST, Erasmus, Jean Monnet) and has participated in 18 funded research initiatives.
