Carmen Anthonj is an Associate Professor at the University of Twente’s Faculty of ITC and Digital Society Institute. Her research focuses on water-related health challenges, infrastructure resilience, and equity in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Pacific Islands, and Latin America. She holds a PhD from the University of Bonn (2017) and has held postdoctoral roles at institutions like UNC’s Gillings School of Global Public Health.
