Dr. Carlos Hoyos is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Winchester and a consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist with Solent NHS Trust at Southampton’s CAMHS. He holds a GMC license (No. 3579116) and is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. His expertise spans child/adolescent mental health, medical education, and organizational consultancy.
He trained at the Maudsley Hospital and UCL, specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry via the Tavistock Clinic Rotation. For 15 years, he has led undergraduate/postgraduate courses, currently coordinating psychiatry modules for Southampton School of Medicine.
