Carlos Fernández Bandera is a Part-Time Lecturer at the University of Navarra, affiliated with the Institute of Biodiversity and Environment (BIOMA) and the SAVIArquitectura Sostenibilidad Ambiental Vivienda Industrialización y Arquitectura research group.
