Carlos De Oro

Carlos De Oro is a Professor of Spanish and Chair of Latin American and Border Studies at Southwestern University. His research focuses on contemporary Latin American film, literatures, and cultures with particular emphasis on Colombia, analyzing intersections of race, class, and gender in socio-political conflict narratives.
