Carlos Amado

Carlos Amado is an Assistant Professor of Communications and French at Purchase College's School of Humanities. With a transnational academic background spanning multiple countries, he emphasizes experiential learning through cultural diversity. His research explores 21st-century Francophone war films as tools for challenging monolithic historical narratives and examines sports as intercultural exchange mechanisms.
