Carlo Barbante

Carlo Barbante is a Full Professor of Analytical Chemistry at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, affiliated with the Department of Environmental Sciences, Computer Science and Statistics. He also directs the Institute of Polar Sciences at the National Research Council (CNR), leading research on climate proxies in ice cores. His laboratory is based at the Scientific Campus in Venice.
