Carlene Caldwell, PsyD is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Talent Management Concentration at William James College. She holds a PsyD in Leadership Psychology from William James College, an MA in Liberal Studies from Wake Forest University, and a BA in Sociology from Salem College. Her professional focus centers on talent lifecycle management and modern leadership competencies.
Dr. Caldwell's professional experience includes roles at Volvo Group North America as Manager of Talent Assessments and Senior Recruiter, and at Qorvo as Human Resource Business Partner and Senior Recruiter. She is a Certified Hypnotherapist, 360 Voices Certified Practitioner, Certified Psychometric Assessor, and Myers Briggs Type Indicator Certified Practitioner (CPP, Inc.).
