Dr. Carla Zarbà is a Fixed-Term Researcher in Rural Economics and Valuation at the University of Catania's Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment (Di3A), currently contributing to the ONFOODS project focusing on global food sustainability. Her academic journey includes a Master's in Law (2009), a PhD in Agri-food Economics (2013), and an MBA from LUISS Business School (2015).
