Carla Killander Cariboni is a Senior Lecturer in French Studies and Associate Professor in Italian Studies at Lund University's Centre for Languages and Literature. Her research focuses on narrative studies, intertextual and intermedia relations, with significant work on 18th-century Swedish traveler Björnståhl's legacy.
She teaches courses in French and Italian language, literature, and cultural studies, including online instruction. Additionally, she serves as editorial secretary for the "Études romanes de Lund" series and editor for the journal "Moderna Språk".
